The landmark United Artists theater and tower - built in 1927 by Charlie Chaplin, Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks and D.W. Griffith - is fully restored to a new boutique hotel, conference center, signature restaurant and rooftop pool bar. The 1,600-seat historic movie palace has re-opened as a premier venue for the performing arts. The project is a notable contribution to the redevelopment of historic downtown Los Angeles.
