NORTH BRANCH REDEVELOPMENT

overview

GREC was engaged to master plan and design this adaptive re-use of a hundred-year old complex of concrete and brick warehouses to Class A office lease space. An existing rail spur running between the structures is enclosed to create an atrium lobby, and one existing structure is demolished for a landscaped courtyard tenant amenity. A rooftop lounge is added at the seventh floor with stunning views of downtown Chicago. New elevators and mechanical systems serve the 30-50,000 SF office levels.
